Con brings a future-focused vision to strengthening the MCCSA’s reach, sustainability and adaptability in service, making a tangible difference to multicultural communities across the state at a governance level.
With governance expertise from extensive board roles including Ministerial Advisory Group, TAFE SA, Multicultural Aged Care, St George College, and Greek cultural and faith communities, he brings the lived experience of a migrant and an in-depth understanding of the ageing journey within culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Con is a passionate human resource, operations and risk management professional, and holds post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia. He has a track record of implementing strategic outcomes across the airline, transport, FMCG, not for profit and aged care sectors, and has led people management, operations, and community service programs at an executive level.
