Connect · Access · Belong (CAB) is a mentoring project that enriches the lives of people with disability, their families, and carers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We break down barriers and create pathways for full participation in community activities, including inclusive sports, arts, culture, and recreation.
Who can join?
You’re eligible if you:
- Have a disability (including autism, intellectual, psychosocial, physical, sensory, developmental, or neurological disabilities) or mental health condition
- Come from a culturally and linguistically diverse background
- Want to connect with community activities
You don’t need to be an NDIS participant.

Your CAB Connector
CAB connectors are supportive guides who help you Connect with your community, Access the things that interest you and Belong. Our connectors are carefully selected to match your unique interests and goals, ensuring a meaningful mentoring relationship.
Your CAB connector is:
