Food From Our Homeland – Bangladeshi and Korean

Come and have some fun at MCCSA’s third multicultural cooking day.
Ahkter and Clair will demonstrate, you will cook and then everyone will eat what they have produced.
Each class costs $5 (cash only)
Morning Class: Bangladeshi mixed vegetarian dish with Panch Phoran (five spice blend).
Time: 9.00 am-12.00 noon Thursday, 22 March 2018
Afternoon Class: Korean Bulgogi (traditional Korean marinated beef with rice) and Gimbap (Korean style sushi).
Time: 12.00 noon-3 pm Thursday, 22 March 2018
