Dear Members,

As we face these unprecedented timesas a result ofthe current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, I am writing to share an important update on MCCSA operations for the foreseeable future.

In the interests of the health and well-being of our communities, staff, volunteers and their families, we have made the decision to close our office temporarily and conduct our operations remotely starting from Monday 30 March 2020.

During this period we will be available to you via phone and email, and our organisation will look at how we can innovatively support our communities over the coming months. Please let us know if there is anything specific at the moment that we can assist you with.

We will continue to monitor the current health situation and once the State or Federal authorities advise that businesses can resume normal operations, we will return to our Multicultural Hub at 113 Gilbert Street, Adelaide and our facility will be open to communities.

In the meantime, we will stay connected to you via email and phone, and we will continue to send regular updates on how you can engage with us on our Facebook and website. Our Autumn edition of Community Voices will be out as usual at the end of the month. We will be reaching out to all of you to see how you are faring during this time and if there are some good stories that we can share with our communities. This will be the time where we can all support one another and share innovative ways of supporting and connecting with our groups.

Thank you for your patience and understanding through these difficult conditions. We are greatly appreciative for the flexibility and understanding of our communities during this complicated time.
